Chris Bradley has spent nearly his entire life immersed in Real Estate and Finance.  Growing up as a son of a real estate developer, he gained a lot of exposure to the business at an early age.  Later, after earning an MSc in Finance and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, he spent nearly ten years as a Financial Analyst for a large institutional investment manager.

More recently, Chris has directed his efforts back toward Real Estate.  His continued involvement with the family business provides him with valuable expertise in the areas of lending and real estate development.  His depth of experience in both Finance and Real Estate has enabled him to structure creative financing solutions for people in the past, and he will continue to do so for his clients in the future.
